Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for qualitative research: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the "2024 CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Esophageal Cancer", and be confirmed as esophageal cancer by imaging and pathology, and have undergone radical surgery. 2. Have been discharged from the hospital for <= 2 years, be in the recovery period, regardless of whether receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 3. Have clear consciousness and normal communication ability. 4. Own a smartphone and be able to use WeChat functions. 5. Agree to participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for usability testing: Patients: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of esophageal cancer in the "2024 CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Esophageal Cancer" and be confirmed as esophageal cancer by imaging and pathology. 2. Have clear consciousness and normal communication ability. 3. Agree to participate in this study. 4. Own a smartphone and be able to use WeChat functions. Primary caregivers: 1. Be the daily primary caregiver of an EC patient and be a family member of the patient. 2. Be aged between 18 and 65 years old. 3. Be able to operate a smartphone. 4. Have clear consciousness and acceptable comprehension and expression abilities. Medical staff: 1. Be a registered doctor or nurse on duty. 2. Have been engaged in clinical work related to the diagnosis, treatment, or nursing of esophageal cancer for = 2 years. 3. Be proficient in using a smartphone. 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for qualitative research: 1. Complicated with other malignant tumors. 2. In the terminal stage of the disease. 3. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases or liver and kidney failure. 4. With a history of mental illness or accompanied by cognitive impairment. Exclusion criteria for usability testing: Patients: 1. Complicated with other malignant tumors. 2. In the terminal stage of the disease. 3. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases or liver and kidney failure. 4. With a history of mental illness or accompanied by cognitive impairment. Primary caregivers: Those who are unwilling to participate in this study. Medical staff: 1. Currently not engaged in the diagnosis, treatment or nursing work related to esophageal cancer. 2. Without a smartphone or not using WeChat. 3 Those who are unwilling to participate.
