18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18-75 years old; ECOG <=2; No contraindications for MRI or PET scans, able to tolerate completion of localization and treatment; Clear tissue and molecular pathological diagnosis of glioma; Primary and recurrent gliomas with indications for radiotherapy, expected to complete the full course of radiotherapy; Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG); presence of uncontrollable infection, difficult-to-control epilepsy and/or hypertension and/or hyperglycemia; history of other malignancies; inability to cooperate with the completion of radiotherapy; inability to develop a radiotherapy plan using the protocol specified in this study due to normal organ tolerance dose limitations; other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
