Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: Using purposive sampling, with the principle of maximum variation sampling, children who underwent routine physical examinations at the International Department of the Children's Medical Center in Shanghai from October 1, 2024 to December 30, 2025 were selected. Inclusion criteria: Healthy children who underwent physical examinations at the International Department of the hospital from October 1, 2024 to December 30, 2025, 1. school-aged children (6 to 12 years old); 2. having basic communication skills; 3. children and their families voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form (parents sign for children under 8 years old, and children over 8 years old sign themselves). Phase 2: Eligible subjects were consecutively enrolled. Children who underwent routine physical examinations at the International Department of the Children's Medical Center in Shanghai from July 21, 2025 to June 30, 2026 were selected.
Exclusion criteria

Children with concurrent hearing, vision or intellectual disabilities; 3.Children with concurrent organ system functional impairments of the heart, brain, kidneys, etc., who are completely unable to take care of themselves in daily life. Phase 2 Exclusion Criteria: 1.Children with concurrent mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 2.Children with concurrent hearing, vision or intellectual disabilities; 3.Children with concurrent organ system functional impairments of the heart, brain, kidneys, etc., who are completely unable to take care of themselves in daily life.
