18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-35 years old, body mass index < 30, single, natural conception, gestational age 12-16 weeks of primipara.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetal, umbilical cord abnormalities and abnormal placental accretion (placenta previa, bilobal placenta, marginal or villi) are found at 12-16 weeks Umbilical cord insertion); 2. Have heart, brain or kidney disease, pulmonary hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disease, connective tissue disease and other comorbidities.
