Interventions

HFNC oxygen group (observation group):Observation group: After the endotracheal tube was removed under deep anesthesia, the oxygen flow rate was 40-50L/min, FiO2 50%, humidity 100, and the temperature
Control group:After extubation, oxygen is administered via a conventional nasal cannula at a flow rate of 3-10 L/min.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery (colorectal cancer); 2. Age 18-75 years old, ASA Class II-III; 3. Those who voluntarily join and sign informed consent after fully explaining the content of the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension combined with pulmonary, heart, cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; 2. Those who are obese and have difficulty in tracheal intubation. 3. Patients who have participated in other treatments in the past 6 months (when consent is obtained); 4. Inability to cooperate with the study evaluators.
