Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients met the diagnostic criteria of T2DM in 2020 in China and were diagnosed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus; 2. patients with stress, infectious diseases, severe liver and kidney function damage, and receiving hormone therapy; 3. patients with malignant tumors, hematological diseases and autoimmune diseases;
