Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Colorectal adenocarcinoma was confirmed by tumor biopsy; 3. Surgical resection of the primary tumor after standard course of neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Patient's ECOG PS score was 0-1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical data and follow-up data were missing and could not be traced. 2.The history and treatment history of active malignant tumors in other systems were also combined.; 3. The history of immune system deficiency; 4. Received other forms of anti-tumor therapy before neoadjuvant therapy; 5. Neoadjuvant therapy did not conform to the standardized diagnosis and treatment scheme; 6. Pathological response outcome to neoadjuvant therapy could not be assessed.
