Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Implementers Educational requirements: Determine the minimum academic requirements (e.g., technical secondary school or above), and give preference to relevant professional backgrounds (psychology, nursing, social work, etc.). Work experience: At least two years of work experience in services for the elderly, health education, or a related field is essential. Practical experience enables implementers to better understand the characteristics and needs of older people, and to use practical cases in presentations to make the content more vivid and relevant to the audience. Expertise: Knowledge related to cognitive impairment in the elderly is required, including causes, symptoms, prevention, and non-pharmacological interventions. In the process of dissemination, the implementers need to convey medical knowledge to the elderly and their families in concise and easy-to-understand language to help them understand the related issues of cognitive impairment. Teamwork: In community health advocacy efforts, implementers often work closely with health care providers, social workers, and other relevant staff. Adaptability and willingness to learn: the person in charge needs to have certain organization, coordination and management skills; Implementers need to make health promotion a routine for nearly 6 months, and need to have strong adaptability and be able to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment. Investigators need to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the questionnaire during each baseline and follow-up survey. 2. Participants Seniors aged 60 years and older (6 months) living in the community for a long time; Demonstrated interest in the study, voluntary participation and signed an informed consent form; Elderly people who are able to participate in health promotion for 2 consecutive months; Older people who are able to participate in long-term health promotion activities in the community, either independently or through assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Implementers staff who cannot be reached by phone, text or email; staff who do not respond positively to the implementation of the measures; There were no staff members who participated in the implementation training. 2. Participants cognitive decline due to other disorders (including but not limited to: central nervous system infection, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, folate and vitamin B12 deficiency, and hypothyroidism); History of neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.); Severe psychiatric disorders included in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM–5); Serious diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system; history of alcoholism or drug abuse; taking prescriptions of antidepressants or medications for cognitive impairment, which may confound outcome measures; Have vision problems that cannot be corrected through the use of glasses, contact lenses, or surgery, including advanced macular degeneration, progressive diabetic retinopathy, advanced glaucoma, and other eye diseases that severely limit central or peripheral vision; Elderly people who are hearing impaired and unable to receive information and communicate normally in language; Participation in other similar health intervention programs in the past month.
