Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Underwent PCI treatment; 3. Patients had serum creatinine values ??measured 48-72 hours after surgery; 4. Complete clinical data available for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing peritoneal or hemodialysis or with end-stage renal disease; 2. Patients who have used iodinated contrast agents within 7 days before and 3 days after PCI; 3. Patients who have used renal protective drugs or nephrotoxic drugs; 4. Patients with severe heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and severe valvular heart disease; 5. Patients with malignant tumors, severe infections, and severe liver dysfunction.
