65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. Elective non-cardiac general anesthesia surgery; 3.ASA Level I-III; 4. General anesthesia; 5. Trachea intubation; 6. Patients and their families can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study, and sign written consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe vascular disease; 2. Secondary hypertension; 3. chronic kidney disease (CKD); 4. Parkinson's disease and other physical activity is more intense; 5. Patients who cannot measure upper limb blood pressure for various reasons; 6. Patients with atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias who cannot perform HRV measurement; 7. Dental or oral swallowing problems; 8. Mental abnormality, unable to cooperate.
