Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with septic shock receiving red blood cell infusion in the emergency ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and the Department of Intensive Care in the North District of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not received a complete red blood cell transfusion for various reasons; Patients without informed consent; Body temperature <35?; Patients with facial trauma and other conditions cannot observe sublingual microcirculation.
