Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Receptors aged 0-18 years; 2.Meets diagnostic criteria for both inherited metabolic liver disease and non-inherited metabolic liver disease; 3.No history of alcohol consumption or small amounts of alcohol; 4.The child's immediate family and himself/herself agreed to participate in the study and signed the study informed consent form; 5.Children (recipients) who are scheduled to receive a liver transplant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The presence of an uncontrollable systemic infection in the recipient; 2.The presence of human immunodeficiency virus infection in the receptor; 3.The recipient has an incurable extrahepatic malignancy; 4.The recipient suffers from severe organic lesions of the heart, lungs, brain and other vital organs; 5.The presence of alcohol or drug abuse in the receptor that is difficult to abstain from; 6.Receptors exist for difficult-to-control psychiatric disorders; 7.Those whom the researcher considers unsuitable for entry into this study.
