Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjective perception of memory loss, with a disease duration of more than 3 months; 2. Objective examination with mild cognitive dysfunction, 18 points <= MoCA score <= 25 points (for those with less than 6 years of education, the total score will be evaluated after adding 1 point); 3. Depression scale for the elderly <= 10 points; 4. Basic activities of daily living are normal, but instrumental activities of daily living can be mildly impaired, and activities of daily living scale <= 18 points; 5. Dementia diagnostic criteria have not been met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological disorders that may cause cognitive dysfunction; 2. People with a history of depression, mania, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4. Those with a history of severe head trauma and a history of special medications; 5. Severe perceptual impairment and inability to complete cognitive function measurements. 6. Taking vitamin supplements, fish oil capsules, perilla seed oil, flaxseed oil capsules and other supplements in the last month, and refusing to stop taking nutritional supplements other than the intervention during the intervention period; 7. Consumption of walnuts exceeds 20g per day or 100g per week of fatty fish in the last month; 8. Cooking oil used is ALA-rich vegetable oil (e.g., flaxseed oil); 9. Continuous antibiotic use for more than three days within the past month; 10. Failure to consume the test samples as required, incomplete documentation affecting efficacy or safety evaluation, or non-compliance with project arrangements during the trial period.
