Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are going to conceive for the first time with IVF-ET, aged 20-45 years. Study group: Patients diagnosed with TS after chromosomal examination, and the male chromosome is normal. Control group: Both couples had normal chromosomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine factors that affect embryo implantation, such as adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, and thin endometrium. Combined with systemic lupus erythematosus, diabetes, hypothyroidism and other endocrine and metabolic abnormalities. BMI 30 kg/m^2. Obstructive azoospermia, ICSI fertilization by testicular puncture.
