Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single birth primiparous women, gestational age >= 37 weeks, ASA <= II, latent period of labor, cervical dilation 1-5 cm, require labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: VAS 35 kg/m^2, any contraindication of regional anesthesia, or allergy to ropivacaine or sufentanil, and no opioids or sedatives were given 4 hours before labor analgesia.
