Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: he PSQI questionnaire was used to investigate the sleep quality of all subjects, and to select those who had a sleep quality score of 7-8 which indicates identical sleep quality and met the following inclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria: 1) healthy, no hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 2) regular routine, no bad sleeping habits such as staying up all night, and no symptoms of serious sleep disorders such as long-term insomnia; 3) no muscle injuries in the last one month; 4) no sleep-related medications in the last one month; 5) no major psychological changes or mental illness in the past 3 months; 6) no weight loss or weight gain of more than 5%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease; 2) irregular work and rest, poor sleeping habits such as staying up late, and symptoms of serious sleep disorders such as chronic insomnia; 3) serious muscle injuries within the last month, which affects the ability to exercise; 4) taking sleep-related medications within the last month; 5) significant psychological changes or psychiatric disorders within the last 3 months; and 6) regular exercise habits that are judged to to be at a high intensity physical activity level.
