65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. American ASA anesthesia Score grade I or II; 3. Preoperative chest radiograph or CT was normal,aparoscopic inguinal hernia repair under endotracheal intubation, aspiration and anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative VAS pain score of 4 or more; 2. Patients with respiratory diseases, such as COPD, chronic branch, asthma, pulmonary bulla, preoperative upper respiratory tract infection, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other serious disease; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Height 30 kg/m^2; 5. Patients with intraoperative hemodynamic instability; 6. Patients with preoperative anemia (hemoglobin <100 g/L); 7. Have a history of chest surgery.
