Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The target population consists of second-year junior high school boarding students from the selected schools. 2. Both the students and their parents are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Students who have been ill in the past 4 weeks; 2. Students with diseases that may affect metabolic function, such as diabetes or dyslipidemia; 3. Students with chronic diseases that may affect sleep patterns, such as poorly controlled asthma or severe eczema; 4. Students diagnosed with developmental or psychiatric disorders; 5. Students currently taking any medications that may affect sleep, circadian rhythms, or metabolism.
