Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 orthopaedic trauma for elective surgery 2 with diabetes mellitus 3 not less than 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 emergency surgery 2 with gastrointestinal obstruction 3 with gastrointestinal tumor 4 pathological obesity patients 5 pregnant female 6 with gastroesophageal reflux or gastric emptying disorders 7 difficult airway patients 8 with mental disorders 9 unable to eat orally. 10 with severe heart and kidney dysfunction 11 patients with intraoperative bleeding>1000ml. 12 patients with surgery time>6-8 hours. 13 people who are allergic to the ingredients of the drink
