5 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clear preoperative CBCT imaging and a clinical diagnosis of IST; 2 IST with definitive indications for extraction, such as impeding the eruption of normal permanent teeth, necessitating removal for orthodontic treatment, or causing odontogenic cysts; 3 Absence of systemic diseases or contraindications for tooth extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 IST has erupted; 2 Long-term use of medications or contraindications to anesthesia; 3 Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4 Patients with psychiatric disorders or other conditions leading to inability to cooperate and poor compliance.
