18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be between 18-80 years old; 2. The diagnosis of interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome meets the criteria of the European Society for the Study of Interstitial Cystitis (ESSIC); 3. Accompanied by perineal pain (VAS = 3 points), and the degree of pain relief after pudendal nerve diagnostic block =50%; 4. Refractory to behavioral therapy, and receiving at least two treatments identified in the American Urological Association (AUA) guidelines with poor results. These treatments include oral medications, alone or in combination with intravesical medications, aimed at replenishing the glycosaminoglycan layer, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and muscle relaxing, among others; 5. Have received pudendal nerve pulse radiofrequency; 6. Complete baseline assessment and 6-month follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of pelvic surgery; 2. Pelvic malignancy; 3. Receiving other treatments (e.g., sacral nerve stimulation, oral Chinese medicine, acupuncture, etc.) during the follow-up period.
