Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)"; 2 Age between 18 and 70 years; 3 Sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 2 Gestational diabetes; 3 Comorbid severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 4 Comorbid severe gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy, with long-term or severe constipation; 5 Contraindications for colonoscopy.
