Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 16 and 60 years. 2. Patients with drug-refractory epilepsy who require intracranial electrode implantation for clinical purposes, are in stable condition post-implantation, remain conscious, and have no severe surgical complications. 3. Normal intelligence and cognitive function (Montreal Cognitive Assessment [MOCA] score > 20), with the ability to cooperate in completing tasks and tests. 4. Normal unaided vision or corrected vision, with no color blindness, color weakness, or other visual impairments. 5. No history of mental illness, personality disorders, alcohol dependence, or drug abuse. 6. No major medical conditions other than epilepsy. 7. Willingness to participate in the study and provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 16 or above 60 years. 2. Presence of severe chronic diseases other than epilepsy. 3. Severe cognitive impairment that hinders the ability to cooperate in tasks and tests. 4. Severe visual impairment that affects independent completion of the test. 5. Persistent high fever (>=39°C for >=5 days) or other serious complications following electrode implantation. 6. Refusal to participate in the study or to provide written informed consent.
