Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage who were hospitalized and received surgical treatment in the Department of Neurosurgery, Liupanshui People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2023; (2) The patient met the diagnostic criteria of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and the hemorrhage site was in the basal ganglia, and there was intracranial hematoma formation by CT examination; (3) Blood loss >= 30 mL, and <= 60 mL; (4) The GCS scores of all patients were between 6 and 14, and there was no cerebral hernia. (5) Family members agreed to surgical treatment; (6) There was no obvious coagulation dysfunction and other surgical contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative acute obstructive hydrocephalus; (2) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage in ventricles or other parts except basal ganglia; (3) Patients with serious underlying diseases or who are difficult to tolerate general anesthesia craniotomy in preoperative evaluation; (4) Other causes of cerebral hemorrhage cannot be ruled out; (5) Patients whose family members request hospitalization due to economic and other factors; (6) Patients with incomplete case data;
