Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the history, clinical manifestations and imaging examination, the diagnosis of adrenal tumor was confirmed; 2. Patients undergoing adrenalectomy; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. Previously untreated adrenal tumors, including primary adrenal tumors and metastases; 5. No surgical contraindications; 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-IV; 7. Good compliance or high degree of cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bilateral adrenal lesions; 2. Bradycardia; 3. Functionally quiescent pheochromocytoma; Serious lack of clinical data; 4. 5. Complicated with hypertensive encephalopathy, kidney, lung, coagulation dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, digestive system diseases, diabetes and other serious organ diseases; 6. Patients with non-surgical treatment, open surgery or simultaneous surgery outside the adrenal gland (such as simultaneous renal cyst deroofing); 7. Patients with postoperative pathological results of malignant tumors; 8. Patients with suspected essential hypertension and other secondary hypertension that cannot be excluded; 9. Serious history of smoking and alcohol abuse, serious drug abuse, and serious systemic infection; 10. The patient has severe mental and neurological symptoms and cannot cooperate with the study, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc. 11. Pheochromocytoma patients with metastatic disease; 12. Participated in another clinical trial within 3 months before enrollment.
