Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.underwent open cardiac surgery; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.No previous history of renal insufficiency, nephritis, kidney transplantation or dialysis treatment; 4.Sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of malignancy affects life expectancy; 2.Renal insufficiency was confirmed by preoperative renal function examination; 3.Gestational state; 4.Subjects are required to withdraw from the study at any time; 5.Circumstances that the researcher considers to be affecting the conclusion of the experiment should be excluded;
