18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 18 to 60, male or female; 2.Positive result of urea breath test; 3.No previous H.pylori eradication;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PPIs, potassium competitive acid blockers, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents, probiotics, P-CABs and other drugs were used within four weeks before treatment; 2.Patients with allergies to the drugs used in this study; 3.History of acute gastroenteritis within 4 weeks prior to treatment; 4.Pregnant/lactating women, or patients with birth plans during study period; 5.Patients with previous gastric or intestinal surgery; 6.Patients with severe comorbidities or malignancies; 7.Patients with liver disease; 8.No agree to signing informed consent form;
