Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants' age should be ranged from 40 to 80 years; 2) Participants should be diagnosed with primary angle-closure glaucoma: with or without the symptom of repeated mild to moderate increases in intraocular pressure, with peripheral anterior chamber shallow, with moderately narrow anterior chamber angle and with different extent of peripheral anterior synechiae; 3) Participants should be willing to cooperate and follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary glaucoma; 2) Patients who may undergo cataract or filtration surgery during the collaboration; 3) Combined with other eye diseases that may affect vision and visual field: uveitis, retinal arterial or vein obstruction, age-related macular disease, optic neuritis, etc; 4) Patients who have practiced yoga and mindfulness before.
