Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Association of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) Grade I or grade, physical mass Index (body mass index, BMI) 18-25 kg/m² and elective general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to Remazolam or with a previous and family history of severe allergy, patients with hemodynamic instability, arrhythmia, patients with craniocerebral injury or intracranial hypertension, and patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal abnormalities. The exclusion criteria were severe postoperative fever, infection, bleeding, and unplanned transfer to intensive care units.
