Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=55 years old; 2. After March 1, 2025, patients who are mainly diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and are hospitalized for the first unilateral total knee arthroplasty or unicompartmental replacement; 3. Preoperative examination to rule out contraindications to surgery; 4. Have not participated in other clinical research projects in the past 4 weeks; 5. Able to be fully informed and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing knee arthroplasty for joint disorders other than knee osteoarthritis, those requiring bilateral knee arthroplasty, or revision knee arthroplasty patients; 2.Presence of surgical contraindications identified during preoperative evaluations; 3.Participation in other clinical research studies within the past 4 weeks; 4.Subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
