60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II or III 2. Age>=60 years old 3. Elective thoracoscopic lung resection (thoracoscopic lung wedge resection, lobectomy, segment resection)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to S-ketamine 2. Unstable ischemic heart disease 3. Risk of increased intracranial pressure 4. Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m² 5. Severe mental illness 6. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C) 7. Renal failure (requiring renal replacement therapy) 8. Switch to thoracotomy surgery 9. Unable to read, write and understand Chinese 10. Unwilling to use PCIA or refuse to participate in the study
