Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute distal radius fracture (limited to Colles fracture). 2. Patients aged >=18 years. 3. Patients with or without displaced fractures; those with displaced fractures must require manual closed reduction. 4. Patients who agree to accept the physician's treatment recommendations. 5. Patients who agree to participate in the clinical study. 6. Patients who can cooperate with rehabilitation exercises after treatment and complete follow-up visits with complete data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute open fractures or pathological fractures. 2. Patients who cannot achieve functional reduction after closed reduction and require surgical treatment (radiographic criteria after reduction: dorsal tilt >10°, radial inclination 3mm). 3. Patients with concomitant fractures in the ipsilateral limb. 4. Patients with polytrauma (Injury Severity Score (ISS) >=16). 5. Patients with pre-existing impaired wrist function (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis). 6. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate effectively. 7.
