Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. Stroke was diagnosed according to CT or MRI of the brain, and the diagnosis was based on the Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; 2. Age 30-80 years; 3. Clear, stable general condition, no obvious hearing abnormalities, no severe cognitive dysfunction, Concise Mental State Checklist MMSE score >=10 points, can cooperate with speech assessment; 4. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese; 5. Diagnosis of neurological speech disorder (clinically often referred to as dysarthria) by an experienced speech therapist through the Frenchay dysarthria; 6. Normal speech function before the onset of the disease, and no organic diseases affecting the voice. 7. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. The control group selected normal adults who matched the gender and age of the experimental group, and the enrollment criteria were: they could communicate in Mandarin Chinese, and had a primary school education level or above; There is no history of vocal cord nodules, vocal cord polyps, laryngeal puffs and other voice diseases; There is no history of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and cerebrovascular lesions; Psychiatric disorders and language-cognitive dysfunction are absent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aphasia with poor comprehension ability such as complete aphasia, transcortical mixed aphasia, Wernicke's aphasia, transcortical sensory aphasia, etc.; 2. Combined with other neurological diseases and other cardiopulmonary diseases that affect the function of breathing and sounding; 3. Orofacial apraxia; 4. Functional Comprehensive Assessment (FCA) language expression score of 6 points; 5. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the study.
