Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Permanent residents aged 65-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. loss of basic daily activities and inability to complete physical measurements; 2. severe edema; 3. with a pacemaker or clinician's judgment that they are not suitable for body composition measurement; 4. with speech communication disorder; 5. refusing blood draw or body composition measurement; 6. suffering from respiratory tract infection or digestive system diseases or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. use of antibiotics or probiotics in the month before the survey.
