Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women undergoing cesarean section; (2) ASA grade II; Singleton pregnancy; Age: 25-35 years old; Body weight 70-90kg; (3) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form, which was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple pregnancy; (2) The presence of spinal anesthesia related contraindications; (3) Maternal severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and obstetric complications (such as pregnancy complicated with hypertensive disease, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, maternal congenital heart disease, placental abruption, fetal distress, placenta previa, etc.); (4) History of special infectious diseases, drug abuse, and mental illness; (5) The patient refused to participate in the study.
