18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-60 years old; OSA group: AHI>=15 times/hour, BMI=15 times/hour, BMI>=28kg/m^2, obese group: AHI=28kg/m^2Healthy control group: AHI<5 times/hour, BMI<24kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of diabetes and currently on medication or insulin therapy; 2. Poorly controlled cardiovascular diseases; 3. Chronic pulmonary diseases or chronic hypercapnia; 4. Pre-existing OSA or previous OSA treatment prior to enrollment; 5. Obese patients with a history of or currently undergoing related treatment; 6. Patients with total sleep time < 4 hours or poor-quality PSG monitoring, and those unable to complete the questionnaire survey.
