Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. As of the time of surgery, age >=60 years old; 2. Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, and the operation time is not less than 1 hour; 3. Preoperative Mini-cog score>=3 points; 4. Able to communicate normally before the operation, and can cooperate with the completion of various scores; 5. ASA anesthesia grading I.~III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with delirium before surgery; 2. Dementia, central nervous system disease or psychiatric disease; 3. Long-term use of sedative or antidepressant medications; 4. Head injury or neurosurgery; 5. Severe hearing impairment or speech impairment and inability to communicate; 6. Transfer to intensive care unit after surgery; 7. Refusal to sign informed consent; 8. Patients who are illiterate, deaf, and unable to complete various assessments;
