Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First, the comprehensive evaluation of gastroscopy, EUS, CT, etc., is a gastric submucosal tumor without metastasis, and the size is less than 2 centiimeters. Second, it has been assessed that ESE or EFTR resection is appropriate. Third, EUS or EUS-FNA cannot clearly diagnose the lesion, and further histopathological examination is required. Fourth, patients are willing to have their tumors removed after fully understanding the risks and benefits of different treatment strategies. All patients signed informed consent before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: First, the gastroscopy shows that the surface of the lesion is accompanied by ulcers, bleeding and irregular borders.And EUS evaluates the internal echo heterogeneity, internal liquefaction necrosis, and regional lymphadenopathy. Second, The patient developed malignant metastases. Third, the patient is unable to tolerate the treatment, and has dysfunction of important organs or coagulation disorders.
