55 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranges from 55-90; 2. Patients with normal cognition, diagnosed with MCI-AD, mild or moderate AD dementia; 3. Physical examination results conducted within the past 6 months show that the patient is in good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke; 2. Patients with depression; 3. Systemic diseases that may cause cognitive impairment; 4. Inability to complete neuropsychological tests or contraindications for MRI.
