Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing Painless colonoscopy examination; 2.18-65 years old ; 3.American anesthesiologist association ( ASA ) grade I-II ; 4.Body mass index ( BMI ) : 18-28 kg / m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with colonoscopy contraindications and history of intestinal surgery ; 2.To evaluate patients who may have difficult airways ; 3.Patients with severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system, liver and kidney disease ; 4.Patients with a history of mental illness and cognitive impairment ; 5. Pregnant or lactating women ; 6.Allergic or contraindication to opioids, propofol and its components.
