30 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 30-60 years old; Confirmed HIV-1 infection and antiviral therapy; HIV viral load< 50copies/mL; Male, self-reported gay-lesbian sex; The subjects voluntarily changed the treatment plan, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of ischemic heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography; Concomitant severe opportunistic infections or tumors; Co-existing with type 2 diabetes mellitus; Presence of fungal, bacterial, viral, or other infections that are uncontrollable or require antimicrobial treatment; Presence of a history of autoimmune disease requiring systemic immunosuppression/pharmacomodulation; Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse; Those who have used antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics within 1 month before enrollment; Any other factor that, in the opinion of the investigator, is not suitable for entry into the trial.
