Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-75 years old; 2. Clearly diagnose refractory GERD; 3. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other esophageal diseases besides rGERD; 2. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Esophageal hiatal hernia >= 2cm; 4. Patients with severe heart and lung dysfunction or other diseases may not be able to tolerate relevant examinations or treatments; 5. Pregnant or lactating women;
