Interventions

Test group 1:Randomly conduct two 6-minute walking trials, the first receiving ATOS and the second receiving CFOS.
Test group 2:Randomly conduct two 6-minute walking trials, the first receiving CFOS and the second receiving ATOS.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. GOLD Stage III to IV patients with stable COPD; 2. FEV1/FVC <70% after inhaled bronchodilators; 3. exclusion of other known etiologies or airflow-restricted diseases with characteristic pathological manifestations; 4. FEV1%pred <=49%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute exacerbation of COPD 2. Surgical or orthopedic patients with severe cardiovascular disease or those whose ability to walk is limited during a walk test
