Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic periapical periodontitis was diagnosed in the anterior teeth or premolars; 2. Age >= 18 years old and no history of systemic diseases affecting oral treatment; 3. The third molar with vertical impacted should be removed without endodontic and periodontal disease ; 4. The affected tooth can be completely removed during the extraction process without damaging the pulp tissue; 5. Normal opening and good fit; 6. Fully understand the purpose, process, risks and benefits of the test, agree to join the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected tooth has no preservation value, and the remaining tooth tissue has no repair value; 2. The root curvature of the affected tooth is relatively large; 3. The affected tooth had a periodontal pocket =3mm; 4. Contraindications for tooth extraction; 5. Other patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator.
