Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical atrial fibrillation is defined in this study as an arrhythmic ECG finding of no less than 30 seconds recorded on a standard conventional 12-lead ECG or Holter ECG, as evidenced by: RR interval irregularity (no atrioventricular block), no obvious repetition of recognizable P waves, irregular atrial activation. According to the different types of atrial fibrillation, it is divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) (refers to atrial fibrillation that ends spontaneously within 7 days or ends after intervention), persistent atrial fibrillation (PeAF) (refers to atrial fibrillation that lasts more than 7 days), long-term persistent atrial fibrillation (LSPeAF) (refers to atrial fibrillation that lasts more than 1 year), and non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (NPAF) referred to in this study includes the latter two. In addition, the selected patients must also meet the following criteria: age >=18 years, no previous history of atrial fibrillation ablation, preoperative transesophageal ultrasound to rule out left atrial thrombosis, meet the indications for surgery, and voluntarily undergo radiofrequency ablation therapy for atrial fibrillation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing patients; 2.Lack of necessary research data for patients; 3.Patients with a history of atrial fibrillation ablation or left atrial surgery; 4.Patients with a history of myocardial infarction, severe rheumatic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and congenital heart disease; 5.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, respiratory system diseases, and a history of malignant tumors; 6.Patients receiving glucocorticoid medication at baseline.
