Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2.Inpatient; 3.There were results of pulmonary ventilation function test before hospitalization; 4.Results of serum PCT and CRP levels were obtained within 48 hours of hospitalization and before discharge; 5.Records of at least 2 visits within 2 years (more than 90 days apart), or including readmissions within 90 days of discharge, or death records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.No complete medical records; 2.Discharge within 48 hours of admission; 3.Transferred patient; 4.Diagnosis of other infections requiring the use of antibiotics; 5.Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other system diseases; 6.Patients with malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 7.Patients with a recent history of surgery or trauma;
