Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 18 years or older who meet one of the diagnoses of any chronic lung disease; 2 No acute exacerbation of the disease within 4 consecutive weeks; 3 Sign the informed consent form, understand and actively cooperate with the follow-up visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Combination of significant diseases other than chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; combination of untreated or progressive malignant tumours; 2 Patients with clinically significant abnormalities in laboratory tests; 3 Combination of clinically significant diseases with restrictive ventilatory dysfunction such as pneumoconiosis; combination of active tuberculosis; combination of life-threatening pulmonary embolism, and 4 Impaired mobility of the lower limbs, unable to complete the six-minute walk test assessment alone; 5 Compliance with absolute contraindications to pulmonary function tests; 6 Participation in other respiratory clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening; 7 Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable for participation in clinical studies.
