Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the research period, those who were on duty; 2. Nursing work experience >= 1 year; 3. Candidates with nurse professional qualification examination; 4. Those in good physical health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency department intern nurse; 2. Individuals with a history of taking long leave during the research period; 3. I have encountered complainants in my daily work.
