Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with orthostatic hypotension group: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic nephropathy as defined in the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy. (2) Within 3 minutes after changing from the supine position to the standing position, systolic blood pressure drops by more than 20 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure drops by more than 10 mmHg. (3) Age >= 18 years. (4) Agrees to participate in this study. 2. Type 2 diabetic nephropathy without orthostatic hypotension group: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic nephropathy as defined in the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy. (2) Within 3 minutes after changing from the supine position to the standing position, systolic blood pressure drops by less than 20 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure drops by less than 10 mmHg. (3) Age >= 18 years. (4) Agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During hospitalization, the ambulatory blood pressure measurement was not completed. 2. Undergoing renal replacement therapy. 3. Primary central nervous system injury or secondary central nervous system injury (Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, brainstem injury, etc.). 4. Patients with a history of mental illness, abnormal thyroid function, and long-term alcohol consumption. 5. Patients with liver function grade B or C. 6. Patients with cardiac function grade III or IV, and severe arrhythmia. 7. Patients with long-term nutritional disorders or severe chronic diseases. 8. Patients in the acute bleeding or acute infection stage. 9. Pregnant or patients with advanced cancer.
