20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 60 years; 2. The mouth is divided into four quadrants (upper right, upper left, lower left, lower right), with at least two sites per quadrant showing probing depth >=5mm and attachment loss >=1mm; 3. A minimum of 20 remaining teeth, with no more than 8 teeth exhibiting alveolar bone resorption exceeding two-thirds of the root length.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, etc; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Having undergone periodontal treatment within the past 6 months; 4. Use of antibiotics within the past 3 months; 5. Smoking history within the past 5 years.
